This month marks the launch of an innovative digital advertising partnership by local online publishers in Sacramento. In an effort to better serve the needs of local, independent online publishers, The Sacramento Press has formed a local vertical media ad network dubbed SLOAN: Sacramento Local Online Advertising Network.
